    Recipe and ingredients:
    1 recipe.
    3 eggs.
    Water.
    Cook for 8 minutes.
    For test:
    3 eggs.
    1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    500 ml of kefir.
    3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    Mix well.
    260 grams of rice flour.
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
    To fill:
    3 hard-boiled eggs.
    150 grams of green onion.
    2/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
    Parsley.
    Pumpkin seeds.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C or 360F.
    Salad: 2 recipe
    3 tomatoes.
    1 fresh cucumber.
    1 sweet pepper.
    1 onion.
    Olives.
    Parsley.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Mix well.
    100 grams of feta cheese.

    Пишете о диабете, и тут же используете рисовую белую муку, это как?
