    Chicken hearts and puree recipe
    Ingredients:
    Chicken hearts 780 gr.
    Butter 20/30 gr.
    Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
    Onion 250 gr.
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Salt 1 tsp.
    Black pepper and paprika to taste
    Flour 1 tbsp. spoon
    Sour cream 150 gr.
    Water 350 ml.
    Greens to taste
    Cooking:
    Cut the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic. On a small quantity
    fry the hearts in butter or vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates.
    As soon as the liquid has evaporated, add the onion and garlic at the same time. Fry
    until golden brown. Add salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Mix everything
    Preparing the filling:
    Mix sour cream with water and send to the hearts, mix well
    and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes
