I want to learn the snake form, I learned a five animals set the tiger set and the tiger Crane set of hungar but I want to learn the praying mantis and the snake. It's beautiful art. Its Physical eloquence, And you do it so well!

Sounds silly, but ever since watching Wilson Tong in Snake in the Monkey Shadow, about 40 years ago, fell in love with the Snake style Kung Fu. Unfortunately nowhere in UK to learn at that time.

Every technique is good, it's depends on the individual, you can use it as health training or you can use it as self defense 😉

Nice snake moves. The snake defend and attack at the same time. In battle the moves become shorter or longer when needed. If you are good in snake style the oponnent has no chance and is only for self defense. No gloves , no ring or rools fighting. It is only to protect your self. Unfornately you dont find schools very easy to learn the style. If you compine all moves straight, circural , vertical, horizontally and cross , all these moves in one motion then the oponnent can not see your strikes and when the oponnent attack you it is like putting his hand into a snake nest.
