Don’t stop with these procedural materials! They are incredible!
I have many more material Ideas to make! Thanks!
@@RyanKingArt Please Make "jade" material.....! please...! I have bee searching all over the internet but no luck. Thankyou.
video might be about obsidian but the content is still gold
thanks 😄
This is very good! Obsidian is translucent and for small thin objects like an arrowhead or blade you'd see that, so I added some transmission, an IOR of 1.493, and a very dark yellow-gray subsurface scattering, which seems to work. I'm not sure how to do it but the way obsidian breaks the wavy striations go perpendicular to the plane of the shear. You probably wouldn't see the difference except in an extreme close-up shot though.
I really love how you go through the creation process, it has really helped me learn how each node works, Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Man, it is like you are a wizard, whenever I need a material, I find you have already uploaded a video about it.
Many thanks King!

can you make a realistic skin shader tutorial please.(for cycles only)
i'm in badly need of it.
thanks! I already did make a procedural skin material, though its not super realistic. Its a more simple skin that you can just add to any character.
Niiiiiice! Damn I wish I had your knoweldge of the nodes. I really understanding the connectivity of it all. But damn it's so effective. Cant fault Blender for those awesome renders.
thanks for watching
Great Procedural Material tutorial!!! FYI Obsidian is very dark brown I used 1C0E05 for the color. Once again thank you for the knowledge!
thanks for watching!
@@RyanKingArt You are very Welcome!
Is there any chance of you tutorializing a procedural black opal material? It seems like it would be pretty complex, but I’d sure like to see it. Thanks again for all your great work!
thanks for the material idea. I will consider it.
Petetion to declare Ryan as God of blender.
Lol 😂
Found these near volcanoes. Very interesting stuff. Pieces usually come across pointed.
Cool!
👑
thanks!
anyone know why my "chunks" are protruding outwards not inwards followed everything Ryan did I also re did it as well, just from some reason my Voronoi Texture is reversed
Hi! I am a fan of your amazing creations! They have helped me in my adventure in becoming a 3D artist as your an inspiration to us beginners and up! You're materials are the best I have ever seen. 😀 I am working on a project right now of ice cream but I am unable to find a procedural video ice cream material anywhere, all videos about Blender and ice cream are only using internet image textures, which I would rather steer clear from. Do you think you can one day make a procedural ice cream material tutorial? I am just giving you an idea as I don't see one out there on RUclips, it would be very helpful and we would really appreciate it. That's if you want, no worries if you can't, just an idea! 😁
Thanks! Yeah I would love to make a procedural ice cream shader some time. Its on my list. 👍
Thats awesome! I really look forward to that! I will stay tuned! 😁👏🏻
👍👍👍
thanks!
I had a couple questions about the home and furniture asset pack I bought
I was asking about changing materials and editing objects but just watched your how to video again on it and I think I figured it out. But would it be easy to make more variations of the kitchen cabinets?
i figured out how to make copies of the cabinets myself with your textures for more variation, im working on this apartment that will take a while to finish but a lot of it is with your stuff, where the best place to post it for you to see it? may be a video or several pics
Can you teach us how to make a Latex/Rubber material Next?
Thanks for the idea!
bro i literally was searching for this 3 hours ago 💀
hope you like it!
If you are putting a procedural material on a primitive that is already properly uv mapped then isn’t it better to make the mapping be “uv” instead of “object”?
actually object coordinates is better for procedural materials, because with UV's you can have seams and the UV's can also get stretched.
sir can u make growing tree tutorial for next video. please..
thanks for the tutorial idea. I will consider it.
200th like
Awesome thanks!!
Hi sir
