I don't think so. The exact same thing applies to wizards lightning when playing it from graveyard with Dreadhord Arcanist. They always want full casting cost. I've seen this reported in the forums as a bug months ago but it was not ruled as such.
6:27 you can also just click "attack all" and it'll "tie the leeshes" to your cursor if there's more than 1 target, instead of just smorcing. It's magic!
Too situational. If you look at the video, during all those games he only had a Thud-worthy Spitfire once, and when it happened he won without requiring a Thud. At every other moment, Thud would have been an almost entirely dead card in his hand.
I really don't see the point of the steam-kins in this deck. I replaced them with torch couriers and the experimental frenzy with a 3rd flame of keld. It kicks ass so far.
Spitfire is my favorite card from the set so far the damage potential is insane with the right build. My favorite is Electrostatic field spitfire shock and lightning strike to face for 20 damage on turn 4 if spitfire survives. also have a cavalcade of calamity build with krenko and wildfire elemental which is another scary combo getting a bunch of 1/1 to trigger cavalcade to buff all them with wildfire
awww, but you do play it for spectacle , our spectacle :D . bumbling around is the most pleasant way of exploring the world, dangerous but we do it since we are children. loved the video
I like this deck but i did some update with new cards from m20... like thunderkin and that 2 lizards... Works very well with that chandra spitfire... and Chandra inferno emblem work well too
Angel Marin to me Teferi is not so annoying.. of course he is kind of broken but at least you can try to beat him; I don’t even hate monored but its a fact that there are way too many burn spells in the current meta.
@@andreaparolini1755 I agree in that. The same can be said of board wipes and counter spells IMO. The only good thing about T3feri is that it pushed the previous meta revolving around counters.
Angel Marin I agree but about board wipes and counters I think people should learn how to bait and dodge them.. I love to play control and when I go midrange it feels so easy to let them counter something you don’t need.. of course if the opponent uses 3 kaya’s wrath in a row there’s nothing you can do is just bad luck. 😊

I saw a similar deck with scampering scorcher. Creating three haste elementals with cavalcade hits pretty hard.
It was in the original version I was sent.
you totally need to add THUD to combo the spitfire. It only takes three triggers to hit 10 and follow that up with THUD in the hand deals 20 damage.

I like going a bit taller with cavalcade decks thanks to Chandra’s spitfire. 1/3s are plentiful in red as 2 drops.

Also, you can play with 19 lands after that so there's room for a 4th lightning strike!

Tried a cavalcade deck today and I couldn't get past 2 lands in the games I had. Insta scrap!
That match against mono-white was delicious.
I’d run torch carrier over tin street dodger to give the fire bird haste can swing for 4 all my itself with cavalcade out

Chandra spitfire actually triggers the cavalcade it triggers the attack then 1 damage for +1/+1 attacking then buffs spitfire
