cmiiw, if the margin of error is 0.1 so the sample size will always round up to 100, and if the margin of error is 0.05, the sample size will always round up to 400, no matter how big the population number. Same with Slovin formula?

Please, suggest the solution of this question: "Suppose you are going to conduct a study on women’s access to land property in a Gaunpalika. Also suppose that previous study has shown that proportion of women with access to land in the study area is 20% and total number of women population is 30,000. Considering the above, now explain how you will develop a probability sample design for the proposed study. "
