Isn't the top color of the warning screen rose, fuschia or coral pink? I think it's coral pink. But, I'll check for the color match by searcing up the color fuschia on Google. And if it matches, it is a fuschia/dodger blue HBO Video warning screen then.

This appears on my VHS copy of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". Strangely, the Thorn E.M.I Video print logo appears on the tape's label.
My dad had that same VHS!
I've got this logo on my VHS copies of the Don Bluth Film, "Rock-a-Doodle", one in clamshell packaging, one in a slipcover.
And I don't know, but I think a couple of my Danger Mouse VHS tapes have this on there
