The conclusion Evans Mensah came to was plausible, NAPO might be a net positive in Ashanti region but a net negative in every other region.
Whether he'll be an asset to Bawumia is based upon whether the votes he gets from Ashanti are more than the votes that'll be lost from floating voters.
