Set Up XDEBUG for PHP on XAMPP

XDebug is an extention in PHP to do debugging using the programming IDE. XDebug has features such as:
- Set/Remove breakpoints
- Perform an automatic stack trace
- Set a manual variable watch
- Enable function call logging
- Enable profiling
- Allow remote debugging
