Ti Long thank you for another great lesson. Being you instructed in in English, as an English speaker, there is a word which caused me confusion in previous lessons. You asked Goldenberg to place his foot higher. Instead of saying place the foot higher, substitute it with place the foot back (further away from the table). Some would say drop the foot back. Thank you to Goldenberg Haim for being willing to learn before the video camera for our benefit. Your mistakes helped us, at least me to know the correct motions to do.

    Thanks, ti long, great video!
Too bad that the student didn't feel much of the backhand topspin, because he was so tensed.
But hard work always pays off.

This is a great tutorial! I had not been coached in the use of free hand before and think it is very good for generating torque and power. Mr Goldenberg is very talented with the nunchucks as well!

Great explanation on how to use the body. I already have the arm movement down pat, do just need to add the body for that bit more power! Mr Goldberg will need to practice a bit more on both, but will no doubt make good progress if he listens and practice what Coach is telling him!
