    Great work and I applaud Jessie and his work! I'm slowly working my way up to more building than fixing and setting up guitars. It's great to meet others who love the work! I agree that it's fun to mod and work on guitars but when you finish a build and get to play it and people compliment the way it looks and plays is amazing. You make some sweeeeeet guitars Jessie!

      If I could make a suggestion. Life is too short, if you really want to build guitars don't hesitate. I didn't have the experience of building guitars before I started. Dive in and give it a shot, fail, and learn. My journey has been filled with failures and setbacks, just push through and you'll make it!

      @@SoleilCustomGuitars Thanks. I'm working on it. I need some better tools first. I've been building jigs and using what I have. I'm disabled veteran and living on chicken feed. Luckily I do guitar work for a guy who wants to open a guitar store in our city and I would run the store and work on guitars that come in. There are no guitar stores or luthiers here and I'm a mile from the MN. Mayo clinic so we would corner the market. I'd be abled to get a larger than bench sized drill press, band saw, sander etc. eventually a CNC. I'm building custom cigar box guitars but not enough $$ in those. Good practice though. I'll get there! Thanks for the encouragement and enjoy the TX weather. I grew up in Lake Dallas, TX. and I live in Minnesota now... God I miss TX. weather! Take care and I wish and yours you the best!

      @@bradshannon862 I wish you all the best! It's tough getting all the tools you'll need but you'd be surprised and what can make with so little. I have a disability as well so I understand. Keep it up and keep us updated!

    See the difference between that gentleman and like Tease guitars is the workmanship and quality is just 1 simple thing it's pride in there work. Fender and gibson just don't have pride in there products because that's what it is to them. I can build a 100$ kit guitar and the extra workmanship I'll put into it can be better than gibson and Fender because I care. Pride in quality and the workmanship went out the window 25 years ago with them. Company changing hand sold after being sold. That's why I prefer to build my own guitars. That's why I support the little guy. Same as the mom and pop store that the big box stores. Great video and definitely going to check him out. Pride and integrity.

    Look at that. I corrected you guys, and you’re still flubbin up the Soleil name! 🤣🤣🤣 But you caught yourself, so there you go! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
    This is a great interview. It’s nice to hear about why people started building guitars, how they learned to do it, their process, etc. It is clear when someone is passionate about doing something, and Jessie is one such example. That will always result in better quality, attention to detail, providing customer service, involving customers in the build process and just making sure everything is done above and beyond. I hope to have the honor to play an awesome guitar from a small builder like Jessie, and owning one would be a dream.
    Kudos to Jessie! Thanks for taking the time to do this interview so we can learn more about you and your work! Metallica RULES!! 🤘🏻🎸🤘🏻🎸🤘🏻

      I forgot to add, those Dark Matter guitars look totally sick!! It’s definitely not a copycat. It’s got its own shape and flare. I’d rock one! 🎸🤘🏻😎

    • @SoleilCustomGuitars
      @SoleilCustomGuitars 16 дней назад +1

      @N-VAMusic it depends a lot on hardware and wood choices. But the base price SHOULD be around 2999.99. I offer financing as well. Each one comes with a hard case or gig bag and a limited lifetime warranty.

      Honestly well within strandberg prices but a truly unique build. I have the store bookmarked and am looking at which of my guitars are going on the chopping block to have money for this one😂 thanks for the info boss!
