Electric connection, do not touch the bulbs with your bare hands because of oils, also it could be your ignition switch.
But it looks like the cleaning did the job this time.

Which one is the turn signal bulb?

Thanks for the video, this helps a lot. I have a question though.
My low beams are really weak, they do turn on, but they're weak. They used to be bright. The fog lights are nice and bright.
2nd. The "stay on high beam" click does not work, but once I pull up the high beam lever its pretty bright.
would this issue be resolved with replacing new low beam bulbs ?
    Thanks

I'm not sure, the first thing I would do is clean the connection, both male and female, on the back of the headlight assembly. Also try cleaning the connectors at each bulb. If you already have electronics cleaner, then this would be the cheapest thing to do. Next try replacing the bulbs. If that doesn't work you may need a new switch.
The high beam problem is probably the switch since the high beam bulbs work when you hold it on.
Keep me informed. I may have the same problem in future.

I didn't do the tail lights on this video because they were all working at the time. Since then I have had to replace a brake light bulb. On my '99 it was super simple, no tools required. In the trunk there is a plastic trim nut holding a carpet piece in place behind the tail lights; you can unscrew it with your hand. Then pinch (push up) a gray tab that comes through the black housing and then pull the black housing piece straight back. All of your bulbs are connected to this housing (be careful). Then when you've replaced the bulb, carefully line up the bulbs with their holes and push the cover back on. The gray tab will lock it in place, then replace the carpet, securing it with the plastic trim nut.
Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
