Is the Honor Pad 8 Still Worth It in 2024?

i tested that in shop the pad 8 is much better but now he have the pad 9 which i didn't test yet

Thinking of upgrading my daughter's Kindle to one of these, or the X9 (probably this Pad 8 tho)
She's got a 384GB SD card full of movies and TV shows that she takes with her, as there's no WiFi (or even phone signal) at a few locations we visit.
Is there a micro SD or TF slot to use a card in this way on the Honor Pad 8?

Unfortunately neither the Honor Pad 8, X9 or even the new Pad X8a come with a card slot to expand the storage.
