Hi. Where are you from? The link I provided is from Lazada which may not be supported in your region. And sellers are shifting to different platform now. Try this one: www.amazon.com/Neewer-Camera-Repair-Adjustment-Construction/dp/B07NJS1RML
Disclaimer: I am in no way associated with the seller in either of the links. So you gotta read the reviews. Just search for “lens repair vise” in any of ur preferred online shopping platform. Good luck.
It is my pleasure. It was far from perfect and definitely not a professional job. I just put together what I learned from others and share my own experience. Nevertheless, your continuous support makes me want to share even more!
This is not how this tool is supposed to be used at all. First of all, it's the wrong thread pitch for filter threads (you should have measured it first) and it's not meant to be rotated. It's not a tap and die set. It's a vice. It's supposed to be set against the dent and hammered gently from the other side. I can tell from the way you cut cardboard to protect the glass during rotation that you're simply copying other RUclipsrs who also have no idea what they're doing. The blind leading the blind.
Well done, patience pays off!
Thanks! I hope this video helped you in any way.
Thank you for the demo and motivational message. I can do this!

Will this work on a zoom lens?
Hi. It should be able to. Which lens are you referring to specifically?
Perfect vid. I don't have the tool but good vid.
Does your tool have threads?
Hey, sorry for the late reply. Yes, the tool itself has thread.
And it's likely the wrong pitch for the threads, so it will damage your lens. Measure the pitch first!
@@StephenStrangways The tool I had had no treads so I returned it. I was able to get a lens filter on and left it at that. Thanks for the advice.
@@averageguy1261 you're better off with a tool with no threads than one that has threads of the wrong pitch.
@@StephenStrangways Interesting point, didn't think of it that way.
Bro wanna sell the vise or can pinjam😊
Hi! So sorry for the late reply. Do you still need it? Where are you staying?
@@syahmirahim9182 I need it
