This song was my anthem when I was 14, 15, fighting an eating disorder, intrusive thoughts and all the things one has to face when entering puberty and the sometimes very cruel reality. But I did it, and I'm eternally grateful to be where I am today. May this be your sign - you can do it, too. Misery isn't permanent. Thank you The Maine.

Why do people get so mad about bands going "mainstream"? you should be happy that they are becoming successful, if you were in a band you would want everyone to hear your songs on the radio. The Maine aren't mainstream yet but when they do you should be proud that you supported them every step of the way.

i was just on facebook, and they put a post saying that today is the four year anniversary of Cant Stop Wont Stop, and people were commenting saying thats back when "they were still good" but i dont think thats true, yeah cant stop wont stop was a hit because it was poppy, but everyone grows up, and Ive changed a lot since I was 14, im not that person anymore. but when i was that age, all the maine's songs fit my life at that time, but now these new songs fit. no one ever said change was bad.

It's really funny to see how people are going crazy over the that says, "laying naked on the floor" when they don't even realize the personal connection that the writer of this song has with the lyrics. It's very sad to see how little they think about the song, even when it is talking about something very personal and strong.

That's not how it works. Im the guitarist and and co-songwriter of a fairly popular band. Some of the songs are really personal and are about everything from addiction and suicide attempts to happy go-lucky partying. But I still get sincerely moved and happy when people shout those lyrics back at me. Take care!

I'm a black metal fan, a viking metal fan, I love hard metal etc... But this is my absolute favorite band. I never thought I was going to be one of the persons saying this, but The Maine saved my life. More than once, and I love every song they've ever made. I don't know why, but it's just how it is. The Maine is so talented. God damn, if I ever met them, my life would be complete.
