I first saw this aircraft do a demonstration flight at an airshow at R.A.A.F Richmond about 1999. A step back in time to the days when noise pollution meant nothing and speed meant everything. I was just in awe of it. Absolutely brilliant aircraft!
I really love how this aircraft looks
I flew one decades ago & still remember what I was able to with acrobatics in this very beautiful & wonderful aircraft.
One of the most under-rated light attack/COIN birds around and still able to put steel on target. Not all that sophisticated but it was accurate enough in the CAS mission when it was 'Danger Close'.
Flew the A 37 at 20 years old , just after 40hrs. In T 34 Mentor and 170 hrs. T 37 in the USAF .
Spectacular Roll rate and Climb !
First Lieutenant ( Ret ).
Air Force of Chile.
Thanks for finding my video and for your service to your nation.

You are Most Welcome Sir !
One of the most beautiful aircraft of all time...!!!
What an awesome little jet. Too bad Cessna doesn't build them any more. These would be the ideal personal jet. Love to see this without the announcing and music. But thanks for posting. Don't see these much anymore.
Thank you for preserving this piece of history Republic of Vietnam Airforce (Khong Luc Viet Nam Cong Hoa) forever .Old pilot will never die
My pleasure
Just found this one, Nicholas. I see you actually got a few comments for this one. Nice video. Well done. Pommy Clive again.
I used to enjoy watching the A-37's fly around Syracuse when I was in High School.
I was there that day, amazing show, amazing museum
I want one of these... just to see ATC eyes pop out when "Cessna N123AZ" expedites climb at 5000 fpm. I've yet to meet a bad Cessna.
Such a great aircraft! I’d love to get my hands on one to bring back home to ICT.

Just Facebook Shared this June 2, 2021 after first seeing it today as bringing back so many memories of my flying it decades back.
My pleasure Bill
Definitely planning on going back. Felt intimate, like it was a private airshow.
This plane is still in service in many Central America countries as its main fighter jet
Correct Honduras, Guatemala and Uruguay for example
@@nightbird7075 El Salvador too they got a few from Chile
Dragonfly, Provost & Strikemaster
A UNIQUE BEAUTIFUL AIRCRAFT
wonderful
Has anyone ever been to an air show where they didn’t play “Danger Zone” ? Cool Dragonfly though !
Almost mandatory to have that track on the playlist
This plane is the hail of noise!!!!!!!!!!! That Cuban eight its perfect.
Just imagine a Prius with wings and ammo. Would love to fly one of those.
Thats cool man. 👍
A-10 thunderbolt has joined the chat:
Wow my grandad was neat
Viva El salvador.
Love the VNAF markings.
I think it is important to keep these aircraft as original as possible so having paint schemes and other insignias shows them in a true form
@@neggleston I agree.
Museum
Latin American countries that operate the aircraft: *Are you sure about that*
I'm stunned by how low to the ground it is. Standing along side you are taking down to the pilot.
Low and sleek
This plane is far better than an A29... Just need some updated avionics and that's it!
Please leave the smoke "OFF". She is just perfect tearing around the traffic pattern as is!
Cheers!🇨🇦🍺
Royal thai airforce in the memory with A37B .
CJ610 power!!!
Gees I should really upload the 1080p version
I flew in one of these in Vietnam.
Nice!
a37 could fly under aaa was great ground support
I've flown the T-37B, but I bet this hot rod was a hoot to fly!
To my untrained eye they both look very similar. Very stylish never the less.
These are still used by El Salvadors Air force
Zero loses in Vietnam by enemy fire. Only two down by technical problems.
That's not true at all. There were 22 OA-37s lost in the Vietnam war including Michael Blassie who was shot down May 11, 1972.
Note to airshow promoters....LOSE THE MUSIC! Thats when I stopped going to airshows.
Replica Nazi Me.262
Sorry, are you blind? There are so much differences between Me 262 and A-29...
Tampoco tenía postquemador.
