Thanks for this video. So the sentences for crying, smiling laughing dont follow the regular pattern with gender conjugation?

Do you know of Levantine Arabic learning videos without English verbalizations? and preferably without background music? Written explanations are OK.

That's the equivalent of "is" or "are", a particle thay we add before the present tense stem, resulting in the present continuous.
