      Sir, I just chanced upon one of your video headed as"Inventory Management" from July 14, 2008, and to be honest, I am quite amazed that you are spreading your thoughtful insights for quite a long time. I don't know why but I feel so happy to see your dedication, it just simply made me happy. I was feeling quite heavy with my work lately and was thinking to quit my job. I am just 23 and you must be thrice of my age and still have the spirit to make videos, keeping the good work in such a time of hardship due to the pandemic.     Often I have come across vendors offer 15% off to secure biz! This is always a concern for me. How could a salesman dilute 15% always? this is always in large scale projects ex: "soft furniture replacements."
    Another extreme is when the vendor realises that the client has a dependency (perhaps brands), heavy prices are charged, such as facilities management, MEP services (related equipment), CCTV, NVR, and UPS system related products, elevator maintenance.
    How often should the client rotate the vendor to avoid dependency?
