The Minneapolis Police Department evacuated the 3rd Precinct of its staff, "in the interest of the safety of our personnel," according to a statement from John Elder, Director of the department's Office of Public Information. When you arrest, you have 48 hours to lay down charges.
At no time do police refuse to arrest someone on video murdering someone. It is unheard of. Police are corrupt.

Taking a knee in disrespect to police, I'm okay with. Taking a knee during the national anthem, that is a different thing, it shows little to no respect for anyone else who actually do good things in this country (like our doctors, military etc). There are some police heroes as well, that isn't disputable... they exist. But then there are the police that take a knee, and suffocate people to death. It is always an extreme thing to take a knee because you're willing to disrespect everyone because of one problem. I'd say that is extreme.
