When Harley's was launched in 2011 in India the price of iron 883 was 8.5 lakhs on road Mumbai,now for 14.5 lakhs with same model little cosmetic changes and emission is it worth buying ,coz harleys re notorious for low ground clearance and not bolt loosing vibrations😅
It's a good brand ... But very risky to buy their bikes as of now ... Have heard horror stories of lack of parts and support for many customers... Plus honestly IMHO... Harley is for places where the overall temperature is low and they have smooth roads ... For Indian conditions... It's just a toy.. cheers to the Harley lovers 🙏

Price dose not justify the product on the platter , just because its a HD the Americans think they can ask for such an obscene price, well if its basp kamai its a different story. There are bag loads of better bike with better performance, safety, service and resale value . There are other big marques in the market, so its a big negative for Harley Davidson to harpe on it being something special. Now tell me something, why is Harley almost defunct in india, and will not be surprised if it goes the Ford and chevrolet way .

They lack power, features and much more. I would much rather ride a Triumph or a Ducati or something along those lines, even Kawasaki’s are a better buy. But the Pan America looks intriguing at that price point.

@@Bhat_7ahab - There are people who like more raw bikes. Which features you think are missing? They are coming up with modes, liquid/oil cooled engines, manual suspension adjustment already. Modern features like ABS control, traction control, wheelie control, cornering ABS, launch control etc are meant for bikes with sporty agility. These are cruiser bikes and not sports bike so these don't make any sense for a cruising machines. Let me know if this makes sense or you have a different point of view. I have ridden Street Rod for about two years and upgrading it Fat bob/Fat bob. Both of them have a very linear power and can match most of the machines of their category.
