For the mobile ones if you couldn't click on skin tone for some reason you can stil go in game and go in skin tone find grey color and i think you have to put it to maximum (left) in a way that it will turn black

If you guys want your head back, just do the same steps, go to content and then drag the head into content and you’ll have your head back
@ go to the files and press content then drag the head file back into it
@ or place ur head file out of a storage thing and place it in content
