One of my favorite ways to catch bass! When they come up after something and then toss there and get slammed! Doesn’t happen often but when it does it’s an amazing memory!!
Love the antidote. I put a zappo board in front of the glide. It stopped the rising effect. Japanese Crunchy tuna rolls. Seared Ahi tuna with Sapporo beer, 🍻🎣☮️😋
I subscribed , simply to learn how to fish big swimbaits. You are straight forward with info. & insight! Which I truly appreciate. It took me a year and a half to get my hands on a DRT TK ....DEFINITELY worth the wait. All I can say is thank you ! And keep plugging away!
That was pretty cool the way that Bass nailed that bait.. I spent a lot of time on those waters back in the 1970s, 1980s into the 1990s. I’m glad to see that it still has quality fish there. It brings back a lot of great memories of my early days bassing . Always enjoy your videos and input. Thanks for sharing with us.
I picked one up last year and still haven't thrown it, but I think I will start since the action looks great for the musky in my local rivers! One of my favorite dishes is kofta kabob and fresh hummus.
I was kind of put off on this bait as well because of the rise when working the bait. I added some Baitsanity tungsten weights on the bait and like it a little more but I will definitely only use it on trout fed lakes where I can work it slow and methodical. I’ll use another bait for quick and speedy retrieves. Thanks again for the video and all the knowledge. My favorite food is lasagna. 😂
Another great review. My favorite food, is whatever my wife has made for dinner. “That was the best dinner” after every meal, I have found, is always the right answer. 😂
That has to be the best ending to any of your videos I have watched! That’s hilarious! Favorite foods, it’s hard for me to pass up a perfectly cooked brisket!
Hope to see more of these budget swimbait videos! Just got my first rod/reel for big baits and have only thrown an swaver but already caught a nice spot on it! Favorite food is bbq 😋 😅
Had one for a long time in a weird color and never fished it. Eventually got rid of it but picked another one up recently in a more traditional color. I fish a lot of ponds with grass so it might work for those if it stays in the top of the water column.
Good video and mane didn't know you had a giveaway that's awesome tight lines keep them videos coming as usual and whats your highest bait do you own and throw
Love the reviews on the cheaper glide baits. I'm 50 and don't remember my first fish I caught I was so young. But I love your channel because I learn stuff, it's not just watch me fish.thats why I've been a subscriber for a while. Favorite food no questions, Legit Asada or Carnitas Street Tacos with salsa verde.
Bigger Hook on front and smaller on the back (and maybe upsize the split ring on front and downsize the back one) and i think it'd run a little better! Favorite food? Pizza!
Nice catch at the end! I just started dabbling into big swim baits and glide baits and have yet to catch anything. Seeing that last catch gives me confidence that an average sized bass will hit a big bait and I don't have to happen upon an 8 pounder to get a bite.
I love the Antidote as a budget alternative in the wider-swim category, but I agree that it’s best suited for a slow swim. Favorite food is an omelette lol
My favorite food is fresh fish!!!!! I also bought one when TW had 20% off, so only 24 bucks, which isn't a bad deal . They also just released a new adjustable weight jerk bait that is really awesome. 8 color choices. I know that's not a swimbait or glide, but would be cool to see your thoughts on those...hookup tackle had that 4th of July sale, and I bought every color. Hopefully you check them out.
Dude thanks for that video! I did the same thing with the storm arashi glide vs hardcore ninja glide. If you’re ever in the Massachusetts area and want catch crazy northern strain I got some killer places! Latah Beantown out!✌🏻
I’ve almost bought one of these glides several times, I like to keep cheap glides with me in those “might not get it back” situations. Taking a loss sucks but it sucks a lot less when you lose a $30 or $50 glide versus a $180+ glide that you might have to wait months to replace.
Another good swimbait that doesn’t break the bank is the Spro multi-joint swimbait. The offer them in a 6” and 8” size, 3 different sink/float rates and are priced from $25-$48 ish bucks which is cheap for proven swimbaits.
That AZ scenery in the background is amazing. I'd heard the bait is a riser and held off getting one. I'd be interested in how many board weights it takes to make it swim level. The Kang strikes again👍
I am really wanting to get into glide bait fishing and your videos provide lots of knowledge! Keep making awesome vids. Chicken Parmigiana is goated :)
You should do an og deps and new deps side by side comparison. I have 3 new style and have been catching fish but would love to see them with the old style before I pull the trigger and spend double for one. Also favorite food is anything ethnic
I've had some chonky lookers on my Antidote, no takers yet... My favorite food is either a sandwich or pizza, something handheld, forks just get in the way!
This is a great series. I’ve never fished this bait so it was interesting to see. Food? Mexican I guess…you? Thanks for posting Geoff! Totally enjoy ALL your videos!
Great info on the more budget swimbaits. When do we get one on the Osakana Slide? I've been running it lately and for the price I don't think any others are close, but I am new to glides.
Give me that king crab 🦀 I'd love to try ine of these baits out thanks for the videos. I think this is a great series so far so we aren't out there wasting money
My favorite food arroz con pollo and brother I put a half of zappu sticky weights eight realy close to the nose and it has a decent straight glide. But u right the bigger one it literally like the cheap depps now that one is a killer you should do a video on that one next or sometime pretty decent debate, but nothing beats the gill explorer tight lines my friends you should come down to mass and try some of that arroz con Pollo one weekend I’ll show u around ..
Korean food. LOL been a kimchi lover since I first tried it 40 years ago. I got to spend a year in Korea and I had a great time going out to different places eating. I am from east coast originally and there is hardly or at least there used to not be any korean food places.
Sick catch man!👍 So favorite food huh? Hmmm, Thats a tough one but I'm gonna go with an old family recipe, which is a seasonal favorite and that's good old fashioned Baked Whole Largemouth Bass stuffed with Bass Roe served on bed if rice with a side of greens and I'll spread a bit of the row out on the bed of rice surrounded by the greens when serving adding that realistic look to the dish. (Chef's Kiss)😘👌

Just gained some confidence in swimbaits. Your channel has been a huge help. Thanks man
Your one of the reasons why I got into swimbait fishing and why I got hooked on the DRTs. Keep posting videos.

That ended well! Like the series so far! Favorite foods that I like are BBQ, steak, Sushi.

I really like this series. These big baits are new to me. I'm a flipping and frog guy. Sushi, all the time. Frog legs are really good, though. Lol.
Fun series! Keen to see some of the other baits. Favorite food would be anything done on the smoker.
I was kind of put off on this bait as well because of the rise when working the bait. Always enjoy your videos and pickup new knowledge. Favorite food is smoked brisket.
Thank you Geoff, really enjoying this series so far!
Favorite food = sushi in all forms 🍣
Would love to see a video on how you went about learning Japanese, absolutely loving your content. Keep up the great work!
been wanting to throw bigger baits so this series is going to be super helpful
Another great review. My favorite food, is whatever my wife has made for dinner. “That was the best dinner” after every meal, I have found, is always the right answer. 😂
I’m loving this series! My favorite food would be steak and mashed taters.
Next bait for you to try is the 6th sense draw. I remember you asking about it. Great swimbait. I like the 6in model more. Perfect for river kayaking.
For the price, I would go for the Osakana. Actually, it’s hard to not pick the Osakana.
Just got my first DRT Klash Ghost went with Kosai Ban Ban color gonna run 3 sets of Ryugi Brutal Twins. Adding a 7g Nogales to the back as well.
Looking forward to using it slowly in a herring fishery this late fall when the water is super cold.
I’ve been loving pizza from this place my wife and I found near the house we just bought.
Thanks for the dope and informational vids!
Was thinking about getting this bait, now I know what I can use it for! Thanks 🙏
Favorite food: Hayashi over rice 🍚
Still the best swimbait related channel on yt.
Thanks mate!
Wagrian Swimbaiter
Had one for a long time in a weird color and never fished it. Eventually got rid of it but picked another one up recently in a more traditional color. I fish a lot of ponds with grass so it might work for those if it stays in the top of the water column.
Dude, what an awesome fish! Great video. Pan seared Ribeye steak, parmesan white truffle pomme frites
Interesting to hear your feedback on this bait and excited to see what's next. In regard to food Italian 😋
Thanks for the content looking forward for more. My fav. food Double Double at In and Out Animal style fries.
Good video and mane didn't know you had a giveaway that's awesome tight lines keep them videos coming as usual and whats your highest bait do you own and throw

Hope you had a great time at Icast love the baitsanity explorer hope to add to the arsenal this little guy !! Favorite food Ribeye steaks 🥩
Bigger Hook on front and smaller on the back (and maybe upsize the split ring on front and downsize the back one) and i think it'd run a little better!
Favorite food? Pizza!
Agree with you about the rise close to the bank.
Favorite food is any kind of BBQ!
Diggin' this series! I can eat Mexican food every day, and pretty much do.
Diggin this series…favorite food-Japanese bbq
Nice catch at the end! I just started dabbling into big swim baits and glide baits and have yet to catch anything. Seeing that last catch gives me confidence that an average sized bass will hit a big bait and I don't have to happen upon an 8 pounder to get a bite.
Mothers cooking only food i can truly love unconditionally 😮😂
Good video. I would like to recommend you test the savage gear swimbait. My favorite food is fish.
I found the same thing. Have to slow it down to keep it looking true. A smaller hook on the back might help keep the nose down.
Nice catch sir. I’m diabetic so I can’t really splurge on my favorite foods but can’t go wrong with a proper cheeseburger
Great series, good one to see would be the River 2 sea S waver
The catch at the end, “Holy sh*t!” had me laughing out loud. 😂 Always with the sick content as usual. Appreciate it!
I love the Antidote as a budget alternative in the wider-swim category, but I agree that it’s best suited for a slow swim. Favorite food is an omelette lol
With the Baitsainty glides, I either upsize the front hook to (1) size larger or upgrade to 2x or 3x same size. This seems to help keep the nose down.
He's all about hype and price, he would have tuned it if he wasn't 😂
My favorite food is fresh fish!!!!! I also bought one when TW had 20% off, so only 24 bucks, which isn't a bad deal .

Awesome vid! Please keep em coming as possible! Cheers

Love the vid and keep doing what your doing, could u maybe make a vid about deps 250 and the action would love to see that
I’ve almost bought one of these glides several times, I like to keep cheap glides with me in those “might not get it back” situations. Taking a loss sucks but it sucks a lot less when you lose a $30 or $50 glide versus a $180+ glide that you might have to wait months to replace.
Chuck that $200 bait in the muck if you lose it you lose it just a bait brother. Cheers!! :))

I have the antidote. Don’t really throw it much. I do throw the explorer gill a lot tho and love it. My favorite food is taco truck.
I am really wanting to get into glide bait fishing and your videos provide lots of knowledge! Keep making awesome vids.
Chicken Parmigiana is goated :)

Great review on the Baitsanity lure
Gotta love a good Philly CheeseSteak Sandwich and some fries, great info Geoff.
A big, long time fan here!
I love the swim of the antidote
Best all a round combo in one to have for both soft and hard baits? What is your favorite urban pond to fish in the greater Phoenix area?
Sup King! Have yet to catch one on a swimbait. Hoping this will be the year. Arigatō!

SUSHI !! I actually really like the color way on that bait
