My collage Anthropology teacher told us that as you start journaling your dreams, you begin to develop much better recollection, and it's definitely true. I even have lucid dreams, where I often know that I'm dreaming and can control what I do, such as leaping from hillside to hillside (like Perrin in the Wheel of Time), or make it snow at a whim. I can even (sometimes) break out of my reoccurring nightmare this way (I dream that I can't turn any lights on in my childhood home, it's much more frightening than it sounds). I personally loved this box for the theme and colours. I've seen boxes with better items, but I vibe with this one. I like how it doesn't just focus on prophetic dreams, but sleeping better and with better energies. Plus the pen, journal and bookshelf are Gorgeous! 🩶🩵🩶🌠

I loved the July box so much. I was well pleased when I opened it and there was a book stand 😍 I always have books stacked on my dresser so having the little stand has made them look so much nicer. Bats are my fave as so the items with bats on were a huge hit for me, I can’t wait until this months box 🦇
