- In this 1993 episode, Sarah Nade steals the Degania Kibbutz from Israel.
Also, Sean Altman's mother (is it really?) is in the audience.
Plus, after the office sketch, when Greg comes out of the Chief's office, look what he's wearing!
NOTE: Part of the opening is missing.

yeah I just got confirmation that, that really was Sean's mother in the audience
The first time I heard the Nana Rap in another episode, I was like, WTF, but it's grown on me and now I love it when they put that in.
that chase was PRICELESS! and so was the mr rogers thing
@13:52
Yeah that was awesome
In case anyone is interested, Sarah Nade was one of the henchmen on the original Carmen Sandiego computer game, which I used to have. In that version, her hair was all blonde, but I could easily hear the voice she has here coming out of the computer version as well.
and apparently she was a music teacher in the game and actually did have a hit song
@@iHeartsNostalgiaPit Did you get that from the compute game manual?
@@Garrettk41 yes, and I don't know why they didn't bother to remove Lady Agatha Wayland from there because you don't get to capture her in that version of the game like at all
@@iHeartsNostalgiaPit Hmm. Strange. I remember catching her when I had the game.
@@Garrettk41 you must have been playing the DOS version, I'm referring to the CD Rom version
10:45-10:58: The most funniest scene EVER in Carmen Sandiego history!
I was actually thinking about this today believe it or not.
Brings back childhood memories :)
10:45
3:25 Trivia: It's been said that Goofy's a cow and not a dog. (I disagree, though.)
10:36 Trivia: Chief goofed on the lyrics. Twice.
18:59 Trivia: I didn't recognize Metallica the first time I saw this.
Would have been funnier if Mr Mcfeely delivered the next clue!🤣🤣🤣
Oh gosh, yes!
To one Katie Herring-- STOP with the incessant demands!
Sarah Nade, you're under arrest!!
The whole Mr. Rogers bit is a reference to WQED.
And it's neither the first, nor the last.
That’s right
I actually think he's dressed more like Captain Kangaroo.
@@tysargent9647 no it’s Fred Rogers sweater
@@MrMuppetLover Oh, OK.
That Nana Rap segment resembled the instrumental to Tone Loc's "Funky Cold Medina".
I'm pretty sure that's what they were going for.
Sarah: Oh, gosh! What did I do to get thrown in jail?
Kevin Johnson Stole a farm land. That’s what you did, punk rock princess.
Greg wearing a Mr. Rogers sweater.
Well, both Carmen Sandiego and Mister Rogers is taped at WQED Studios. And Mister Rogers appears in "The Case of the Lifted Lines".
I thought Mr. Rogers usually wore zipper cardigans.
@@retroflashbackdude In earlier eps., he had button-up cardigans.
@@BuddyBoy600alt Actually _WitWiCS?_ (1990-1995) was taped at the Astoria Kaufman Studios (where _Sesame Street_ is recorded to this day) in New York, although WQED Studios (home of _MRN_ with the NhoMB set & part of the house interior set now located upstairs within the Heinz Center Museum in Pittsburgh) did distribute the series alongside its partner Studio WGBH in Boston.
@@BuddyBoy600alt Actually, it was his NhoMB characters X the Owl & Henrietta Pussycat who cameoed as part of ACME [Make-Believe] Net. But Mr. Rogers was still puppeteering the characters for a P.A. Amish community-related clue to Top Grunge's whereabouts.
Also, "there's one more thing I want you to do & you know what it is: Do It Rockapella (specifically former members Sean Altman & Barry Carl) & 2018 Netflix reboot cast!"

Dat sweater
Totally! You just have to laugh at something like that XD
10:22,😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
i love Jane Pauley from cbs
6:11 Traif!
Anton Spivack very ironic joke by Sean since this episodes loot was from a place where people don’t eat pork.
@@retroflashbackdude And then the chief says the vehicle they're traveling is hauling six tons of PIG iron.
@@retroflashbackdude The singing clue was traif two more times, as crab and gelatin.
@@antonspivack3928believe it or not, a book on kashrut by the rabbinical assembly states that all gelatin is kosher and paerve cause the chemical transformation it undergoes renders it a totally different substance. Some Islamics also believe that the same process purifies the gelatin to make it halal. The rule also doesn’t apply to health supplements or medicines using gelatin as an ingredient cause medicine and supplements aren’t food.
I wish they made this game for the Wii

The Switch, you mean.
