my property is sold out for the day that we’re at, even through it is open on my calendar, but the next day that i select it shows open for booking, why does it shows sold out for today, and for tomorrow open, do u have any explanation for this please?🙏🏻
Hi Host Heaven, booking closed my business and set it as not bookable due to fake reviews but my mom did not know anything about booking she just let the sale team ran the booking for her. Now we’re so depressed because it’s the main income of our family. Can you please give us any advice ? 😢

Hello...we are Sold out for more than 2.5 months, not available in Europe...send over 25 verifications, called every other day...No help, no changes. Can you please tell me what could it be? Invoices with same name and address, bank papers with same data, and still we get rejected KYP data cos the name doesnt match, then the address doesnt match...

Hello, this could be a calender setting issue, if this didn't work for you, please write to booking.com customer service during weekdays.
