The side panels on the extension mate obviously don't open letter box style but do you think if I added a couple zips the same size it would be possible? Love the video because I know this was based off a question I asked was amazing to get a response as quick as I did and the help from the community is amazing!! Glad you done this video mate great way to show exactly what people are thinking about when it comes to the frontier!

Hi mate, great videos, I’m in the market for a Frontier, I want to take my lad, I have a junior bed for him as he’s only young. I was looking at maybe just getting an XD but would I be better off with a standard frontier and extension? I used to have a standard frontier (not X) a few years back but had to sell up at the time, that was plenty big enough for just me. Cheers
Hi I can only say my thoughts on the x as that’s what I have I’m looking at an xd later in the year for a winter bivvy It’s your choice mate if my kids still came with me I’d be happy with the x and extension they could sleep in the bivvy and me in the porch If you do short and longer sessions on your own it would work aswell It’s like having two bivvys in one But it is your choice Cheers
