The bloopers from these movies are phenomenal - whenever i have a bad day, i watch them. All the Pirates movies are my comfort movies, Depp is a cut above everyone else.
Davy Jones and Beckett are my two favorite villains. Blackbeard is way too over hated as a villain when he was never that bad to begin with. Salazar was cool and all and Javier Bardem did the best he could with what he was given, I’m just sorry that what he was given was a crappy script. Also this film had me rooting for the villains instead of the heroes for once, and I’m still not sure if that was a good or bad thing. Either way Javier deserved to be in a better film
I think Disney made a grave error when they decided that they don't need Johnny Depp anymore. What the heck were they thinking. Without him, they have nothing!! They will find out the hard way!!!! The Pirates of the Caribbean is NOTHING without Johnny Depp!!

A multimillion dollar franchise like Pirates is nothing without Johnny Depp. They can try to make another one without Johnny, but no one will want to see it.
I appreciate that Kaya Scodelario is more of a girl-next-door type than all of the other drop dead gorgeous leading ladies in the POTC franchise. Makes her more relatable.

When watching the movie it looks like Johnny is just suffering throughout every second of it, but watching this behind the scenes look, it kind of looks like he was having some fun making this movie despite everything he was going through. I wonder if this film served as a nice escape from all of the trauma with Amber Heard. I really hope it was instead of it being just another hassle for him to get through. I hope Johnny is doing ok now and is putting all that stuff behind him

The 5th had way too much CGI and was used terribly, if anything i would want less. the main reason i hated this movie is because of how Jack Sparrow was written and directed. all of the things that made his character great were just gone in this one. i really enjoyed the 4th, it actually felt like a Pirates movie and Jack was great in it
The 5th felt like an adventure like the first 3 films. The 4th one felt like they just threw it into the pirates storyline. There was no connection to previous storylines and whatever happened afterwards didn't truly impact the 5th movie. It's almost as if the movie didn't exist. Only thing that impacted the 5th movie from the 4th one was Blackbeard shrinking the pearl.

Pirates of the Carribean was the greatest franchise of movies EVER filed. But there is no Pirate without Johnny Depp. Bob Igor and Disney just had to go woke, believe the lying Amber Herd and fired Johnny Depp. As of now I don't think they'll be able to get him back. They've tried a few replacements for Depp and found that nothing worked, as the fans knew it wouldn't. Maybe if Disney promises to pay him $300 million and a percentage and don't wokeify the script maybe they can get him to play Captain Jack Sparrow again. But in the words of Captain Barbossa, "I doubt it".
