- Few months back I was in the Himalayas of Uttarakhand (North India) living in the villages of Saryu Valley and hiking up the hills in places where roads haven't reached. In this episode we return to Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary and stay at the historic Khali Estate- which happened to be Gandhiji's Shail Ashram at one point and the residence of the Nehru family in later years. I also explore the nearby Dalar village with my local guide.

When you say bhang ki chutney , it's a pahadi chutney but no cannabis in it as such. It's made up of the seeds of cannabis with no intoxicating effect of that drug.
