At least 30 years ago I traveled 3 hours to go to my aunts birthday party, while there a great aunt I went up to right away because she was so nice, first thing out of her mouth was "you better watch your weight Kelly" I said "why should I everyone else watches it for me" and walked away, I made sure I spent time with the aunt I went there for and came back home, trust me 30 years later it still sticks...

It's a common thing for elders to say to younger people in some cultures.
The funny part to me is that Conan is tall, so 10 lbs is comparatively not that much. Like I'm 5'8"ish; if I gained ten pounds, you could tell. I have tall friends who can put on ten and there's so much frame to spread the weight across that it's barely noticeable at all
DUDE! Conan is sooo spot on about when you say something that is not that funny but then a person who thinks it’s hilarious makes you go around and repeat it to everyone at work.
I am so tickled how Gorly has so seamlessly added himself to the Conan and Sona duo. It's like there is now 2 Robins and a Batman!

I've listened to all episodes of this podcast (some episodes more times than I care to admit), and during lockdown and general low spirits it has truly been a huge help. Conan and the gang really brighten up a bad day and make a good day even better.
Same here! The discovery of this podcast, as well as others, have made my life so much better simply because I'm laughing all the time. I can put this on while performing mundane tasks at work and my mood instantly improves. Fav podcast episodes are def Mila Kunis, the first Paul Rudd, Jameela Jamil, the Obamas, Tig Notaro, and Anthony Anderson.

That Patocin joke really started to haunt him. Conan has the wonderful talent to describe a scenery or a situation so vividly, that it is very easy to visualize it. Or better yet, there is absolutely no way to un-visualize it. It can't be done, LOL😆...

4:32 this has happened to me multiple times. you say something in passing, and the other person thinks it's the funniest thing they've ever heard
I was born with ADHD and raised by a single mom with ADHD. We moved around a lot when I was a kid. As a teen, we moved to an apartment in a city with lots of crime and violence. We were at poverty level at the time.
One of my best friends was born with autism and has had social anxiety since he was a teen. He was raised by middle-class parents in the same house in the same middle-class area.
He is consistently blown away by my humor because no one in his world acts as crazy as I do. His world is calm and orderly and quiet.
Meanwhile, my life and the worlds I occupy have always been full of noise and chaos.
I genuinely have so much love for Conan, even though i dont relate to him on anything on any level, hes just a very cool guy. Thanks for putting out awesome content

Gourly's voice sounds so youthful (mid-20s), that I'd never guess his real age just by listening to it!
By transitioning between only hearing his voice on audio and then suddenly seeing Gourly on video, I'm experiencing a disconnect between his face and his voice.
It's similar to watching the interview of a cartoon voice-actor and then watching the actual cartoon show featuring their voice work. It can take a minute for your brain to suspend disbelief and re-enter the illusion that the voice is coming from the cartoon.
Anywhoo, I think you're all doing an awesome job! I feel I've absorbed half of a comedy 101 course just by listening to your podcast and others like it while slogging through boring work days that don't require much brain bandwidth to complete.
I'd give it 5 stars but I don't have an Apple account; my preferred listening platform is the Google podcast app which currently doesn't appear to have a rating system.
So I'll give it *TEN* stars here:
