Hii! If we're talking MCR, I'd definitely recommend The Light Behind Your Eyes and The World is Ugly from conventional weapons! I think the chords for Scarecrow aren't too bad either!! Xo
Well played, just need to clear up your tone a bit and make it a bit more cleaner imo. I'd recommend a good overdrive (not distortion) pedal ran through a clean amp. MXR 5150 has the thump, gain and clarity!
Ah yes, unfortunately, I record using garageband which means using their stupid presets! I'm still learning how everything works haha! Gonna look in to that pedal though, thanks for the tips! :D Xo
CaitFromMars I think you'll dig it for your covers if you are an amp and pedal kinda girl. I run it through a clean Marshall with a PRS Tremonti and it is that amazing Eddie Van Halen Marshall tone in a box. But If you wanna do more internet covers and ain't really fussed about gigs/equipment, check out logic for the Mac and positive grid or neural dsp plug in amps. They are pretty amazing sounding. Look forward to some more covers, Knights of Cydonia or plug in baby would be awesome 👍🏻
