I've had 5 Yorkies total. 2 other people gave me. The other 3 came from breeders. Each time before I got them from the breeder, I tried to rescue. The first time the requirements of the rescue was a little too much....I just moved into my house....I don't know my neighbors. I recently had a home visit and passed, but she came from a puppy mill, so the person thought my 2 active ones wouldn't be a good fit. I've filled out so many applications, and I am not having any luck. I have come across rescues that don't even contact me back. It's so discouraging....I just told myself yesterday that I'm going to contact the breeder of my girl. I say that to say some people try to rescue, and it just doesn't work out... so why can't they go to a breeder. It's up to each person to decide what they want and don't want. I've never seen so many mean comments on their videos. It's sad.
I got a Yorkie from a breeder. She was lame. They had tried to aggressively breed her and she was small. I bought her. Called to get the surgery. The breeder called me and wanted her back! The rescue said DO NOT GIVE HER BACK. It is so lovely to watch these NC breeders. They treat their puppies like the babies they are. Sweet.

A good breeder will always take your dog back if it doesn’t work out. I haven’t had a bad pick yet. It is up to the individual to train their pets. The price for spaying and neutering is so costly for most people. If the city’s and county’s and rescue agencies are so concerned about the abundance of animals, they should offer free spay and neutering for all. Some people also would like a purebred. I don’t know how I’m supposed to feel about this yes they are adorable but there are so many dogs needing homes and you just keep producing more. A lot of rescues have that breed of dog soooo? 😬😬😬😬 Please tell me some thing to make me feel better about this because they are so darn cute?
This my friends is a high class puppy mill. Not one of these dogs can be registered with any kennel club. No AKC papers on these dogs. What health clearances do the parents have because just know Bernese Mt Dogs have genetic heart disease and so reputable breeders have echo cardio grams /color Doppler exam done on any dog before they breed them. Berners also have a high incidence of ortho problems so all dogs being bred must have full set of X-rays The same is true for Goldens. All if these designer breeds are bred with abandon. Reputable breeders breed purebred dogs; and all the dogs they breed must meet certain requirements of health clearances, correct temperament, and keeping all the specific qualities if the breed such as retrievers keep their natural instinct to retrieve which us important to a hunting breed but even more so to a service dog. You will notice that almost all guide dogs for the blind are retrieving breeds. Also reputable breeders screen their buyers thoroughly. Most important reputable breeders stand behind their dogs and will take the dog back at any time in its life -no questions asked. I bred show Labradors for 50 years and in our contract we had a paragraph stating if the buyer ever had to place their dog they needed to return the dog to us. We made them initial that paragraph as well as sign the contract. If the dog was young enough and in condition to be sold we would do so and return their purchase price. If the dog was not in condition to go to a new home it would remain with us as a house pet for the duration of its life. Our buyers were screened well enough that in fifty years we took back only four dogs and all were because of health problems in the family, and we were happy that we could do this. No one should ever produce a puppy that they are not prepared to care for through out its whole life. As a reputable breeder we bred when we wanted a dog for ourselves to show, so we were always producing dogs good enough to keep and show and never just to turn a profit so we could buy new furniture or get a new car Any profit we made went back into our dogs. They had the best food, best living conditions ( never in dog runs but had pastures to run in all day) and received the best medical care. They all got Time in the house and we rotated dog through so they had outside time and inside time. Our females were never bred more than three times, if that, and were retired as total house pets either with us or a carefully screened family. We would only sell our dogs in our area of the country so if a dog had to be returned we could drive and pick up that dog so there was never a question of the buyer not wanting to spend the money to get the dog back to us by plane. I hope this has reached someone and made them rethink buying a dog whether purebred or a mixed breed designer dog, from anyone other than a reputable breeder. Where do you find those people- at a dog show. Regardless of what you saw in the movie Best In Show, that is not who we are. We love our dogs and we try to preserve he best qualities of our breed as we plan the future of our breeding program. We care about these dogs -it’s why we do this. It is called the heartbreak hobby because when you do it correctly it is hard, really hard., but rewarding- mostly in the friends we have in the world of dog shows. I know you are not looking for a show dog but here’s a little known fact- only one or maybe two pups in a litter will be the show dog we are looking for. The rest are beautiful dogs but they will be sold as pets to people who want a companion for fourteen years. They are every bit as good as their siblings that go to the show and guess what! They cost the the same as a mixed breed doodle with fewer health clearances and an indeterminate temperament. When we sold a puppy to a pet person we knew exactly what it’s temperament was going to be. So go to a dog show and get good information from a lot of different reputable breeders. People who are just breeding dogs and not showing them , or getting involved in any aspect in the dog world rather than cranking out puppies to sell just as a business to turn a profit are not going to care what happens to that dog once they have money in hand.
dogs are not a commodity. Every time i see a dog that has been bred to meet the current fashion I see one more sweet animal being killed and incinerated in a shelter. Rescues are overflowing with great future best friends - go give one of them a new life.
Youre making all these puppies and research shows they suffer from rejection, neglect and even cruelty from hesrtless owners. ( not all of course). Puppies are the last thing this planet needs. 😢😢😢
I appreciate your concern, they don’t weigh much. This way families can follow them the whole time. We’ve done velcro and that rubbed the moms skin and made it irritated. This is the best solution we have found. Thanks for watching.
Congratulations on helping fill up shelters with abused and neglected dogs!! There are plenty of any breed of dog at rescues already. It’s so irresponsible to breed dogs! It looks like you love them and are taking good care of them but the unfortunate truth is that some of them will end up in horrible situations and there’s nothing you can do to ensure that 100% of these puppies will have good lives. It breaks my heart to see people selfishly breeding dogs. Go to a shelter or visit a golden doodle rescue and maybe that will change your mind!
@amylindsey4509 I share the same thought as you the moment I see the amount of puppies she has… There is no way she is able to keep all these puppies herself she must b a home breeder and these are for sale.
Unfortunately there are millions of dogs & puppies that are killed in shelters because they have been deemed no longer cute. It was so sad to come across this video, to see so many puppies when there are so many other beautiful dogs in shelters just wanting a loving, safe home. Adopt 🙂- don't shop😢
This video shouldn't even be up, it violates CL's policy of selling animals, but cleverly avoids the words "sell" or "for sale." I put dog breeders one notch above fentanyl dealers with regard to self-indulgence, greed, disregard for their fellow citizens, and the misery they create. It's all about making a buck, and whatever product doesn't sell can be dumped at the shelter, tossed on the other side of town, sold for $5 or given away in the Walmart parking lot, or put on Craigslist as free to a good home... an ad that attracts crazies who will harm them. There is no possible way in the world Doodles of NC or their customers could possibly understand right from wrong, good from evil.
@akrenwinkle but they are advertising puppies, which is in the description section, under transcript & they have listed websites ect for upcoming puppies?
@@Lillyboo65640 They are advertising animals as merchandise for the purpose of selling them. It's banned on Craigslist. They are breaking CL's own policy because they know CL doesn't care about it and won't enforce it. Many of the dogs killed at shelters that you mentioned earlier are the direct result of CL offering free advertising to dog sellers. It's a toss-up who is more evil, the breeders or Craigslist.
@DoodlesofNC perhaps you would like to share with us how many times a year you get your poor dog pregnant and how much you sell each puppy for ...no ....thought not ..

I love the Berniedoodles. Are they a available? I looked on your website but did not see them.
They are friends of ours! Bernedoodles of NC . We are mentoring them.
I don’t know how I’m supposed to feel about this yes they are adorable but there are so many dogs needing homes and you just keep producing more. A lot of rescues have that breed of dog soooo? 😬😬😬😬 Please tell me some thing to make me feel better about this because they are so darn cute?
thank you for your thoughts.
Wow, her lack of a thoughtful response tells me all I need to know . . . she's in it for the money. Sad.

Heyyyyy

Sad face as you think they are so cute?! 🥰
dogs are not a commodity.

I didn't know you did bernedoodles
They are our friends!
Amazing 😍😻🤩😊 can I get two female golden doodle puppies please send ❤😊
😍😍😍
I really need to be your travel nanny.
Haha. I’ll tell JP he can have a break.
Just to let you know, I was subscribed but then RUclips unsubscribed me.🤬
Oh no! Thanks for telling us. So weird!
Oh, please, no more puppies. The shelters are overcrowded... thousands of dogs looking for a home🐕🐕

Why would you put such huge bulky collars on day old puppies. Seems cruel:(
I appreciate your concern, they don’t weigh much. This way families can follow them the whole time. We’ve done velcro and that rubbed the moms skin and made it irritated. This is the best solution we have found. Thanks for watching.
Actually there are much better ways, Not so bulky. Nicer for mom and pup@@DoodlesofNC
Can I get one but I am from india😅😅😅
JP can fly one to you! What a video that would make!

Send me one!
@amylindsey4509 I share the same thought as you the moment I see the amount of puppies she has… There is no way she is able to keep all these puppies herself she must b a home breeder and these are for sale.
Not everyone wants to rescue. We should respect this couple
@@DoodlesofNCgo volunteer at a shelter and see for yourself how over populated dogs are. Man up.

This video shouldn't even be up, it violates CL's policy of selling animals, but cleverly avoids the words "sell" or "for sale."
I put dog breeders one notch above fentanyl dealers with regard to self-indulgence, greed, disregard for their fellow citizens, and the misery they create.
This is all about the money ...absolutely nothing else ...

@DoodlesofNC perhaps you would like to share with us how many times a year you get your poor dog pregnant and how much you sell each puppy for ...no ....thought not ..
A golden doodle normally goes into heat twice a year. So the max a year they could be bred is 2 times. Pricing is on their website.
Don’t breed! So many dogs/pets that need homes! You are making the agonizing problem worse!

@@DoodlesofNC Having no conscience liberates you, gives you the freedom to do harm and not look back. Still, I wouldn't trade places. Not for anything.
Wow look at this lady throwing these pups around on camera.. what’s she like off camera!! STOP BREEDING WHILE MILLIONS DIE IN SHELTERS! They’re beings not a commodity!!

It's all about the $$$ for these pretenders. Hope the IRS is watching. You are reporting your side hustle, right?
