It’s ridiculous to let people who can’t read road signs have a license. How did they pass the test? Do they even take a test?
He doesnt have a license or insurance !
What else did that woman on the phone expect the officer to do? The driver did not have a license with him and the system didn't show one for him either. Don't think her say-so overrides those 2 things.

Oh, stop. I’ve driven in many countries where I don’t speak the language and it’s fine. 9 times out of ten STOP is STOP. Numbers are the same in all European languages. He’s safe, just illegal. Entirely different issue.

I’ve seen the troopers windshields with cracks in them too
As long as the crack doesn't cross the driver's view then it's not a violation
Crack is one thing, 1st thing the trooper said is ALL BUSTED UP, the driver did not understand until the trooper pointed and said cracks in your windshield, thrive responded ohhhhhhhhhh

I'm literally from an English speaking country and I don't go to other countries expecting them to speak my native language. If your going to go to another country, learn the language unless you're a legal tourist and then still try to know some of the language.
Most countries have bilingual cops . Only the USA has cops that only “ speak English “ this shows how behind we are from other countries . I come from a third world country and speak 3 languages fluently.
