@@prabhatsingh5377 TNC switch is ok.. no closing command comming from electric circuit but it takes automatically open close command after spring motor charged.. i seen same thing ABB ACB some time it took automatically open close command after spring motor charged some time it charge in 1st try even electric power supply off and breaker charge through manually push button.
Unbelievable, you should never use pressurized solvents like WD40 to clean the contacts or mechanism! PLEASE read manufacturer maintenance instructions first...
We lubricant the jaw contact to protect from corrosion in certain atmospheres and for jaw contact lycon grease has the Ability to regulate the flow of current while remaining inert to the surge, good anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties and high surface tension to avoid migration are some of the desired properties of good electrical contact
Dear mani thanks for the comment and sorry for the late reply due to my bussy schedule i was not able to reaply. If you want to rack in and rack out the ACB first of all you need to trip the circuit breaker ( you have to off the circuit breaker ) never rack out the circuit breaker when it is connected with the load because when it is connected to load and you rack out the ACB there will be sparking in the jaw contact There will be Electrical hazard so be always safe To rack out and rack in the ACB its HAS so simple Step just first of all you have to lock The trip latch . After that take the rack out handle and insert it in the rack out / rack in spring hole and than rotate the handle anticlockwise the ACB Will get rack out Same you have to do while racking inside the ACB Feeders Hope you understand how to rack in and rack out I hope you have subscribed my RUclips channel

Not all ABB breaker or not all L&T breaker but rare case of breaker... It might be some internal problem..

Use other breaker NC contact in series with closing circuit . So that if one breaker ON then other breaker cant ON
