@@markimoop9416 you can't jump to get the first flower, if you do that it will flings you instead of you fall directly in the mushroom. Just approach enough to touch the flower
Okay warp into the first flower then jump out of it landing on the mushroom. The mushroom will bounce you past the first flower so you can warp jump on to the platform above. I hope this was helpful but it's mostly just trial and error

The mushroom will help you to increase the jump. The 1st orb will make you jump higher. You have to tap the orb/flower button first Then release and press the orb 2 times fast and it should help you. Jump --- orb ----- (mushroom automatic jump) ----- tap orb 2 times fast And there you go The 2rd orb won't help you much since it doesn't make you jump high That's why you should do the 1st one

how do you pass the double flower? :(, I get the jump with the first flower, but for some reason I can't handle that one
Its not about flower its about mushroom , when you touch mushroom press transport button fast then the flower will bounce you higher ,
When land on mushroom quickly warp in first flower then press the warp button again then jump
It immediately flings mee

Because you are moving+jumping+transporting.
Don't jump and go into flower , just press transport button then it will land you on mushroom.
