Players with good builds & decent Sanctum experience ( that can farm 4 Sanctums per hour ) will average around 20 Divine Orbs / per h or more with this relic setup. @@d3cha84 The new updated Siege Ballista guide will be released in 2 weeks. In this video here I'm using Shrapnel Ballista, which is a totally DIFFERENT BUILD. To answer your question: I bought my Simplex ( it was not crafted). I need to STRESS ( for new channel visitors ) that the build works great without a Simplex amulet! I want to Copy-Paste & HIGHLIGHT a comment: "Sanctum is 80% about player knowledge and skill ( player reactions, player map awareness etc. ). That's why is the most hated mechanic in POE! BUT with enough practice everyone can get good at running Sanctums. New players should not expect to complete successfully Sanctums on their first ever runs! They need to understand the Afflictions, the Rooms, the Boss mechanic, know the Boons, Relic Interactions & Shortcuts too. You can even do 4 Sanctum runs per hour once you get the hang of it. Ill also mention that Sanctums are VERY PROFITABLE once you get into the 3-4 runs / per hour range"
As someone who only played 2 leagues , I think you left out one very important thing. Sanctum builds. Trying on farm sanctum on something like a rf chieftain isn’t realistic. But apart from that you just need to do 10/15 runs and learn layout and afflictions. After that it is really not hard. As a new player I learnt how to do sanctum last league and spent most of this league in sanctum. I think I failed 5/6 runs in a few hundred, and most of them were because I got forced into red/purple smoke.
Know that there are tons of POE players that fail Sanctums even with mid-maxed Hexblast miners OR Storm brand /Penance brand Builds! You need a Sanctum runner build, nobody can argue with that -> but player skill is even more important here! That's why the majority of the playerbase hates Sanctums: they lack the skill and the determination to learn the mechanic well. Failed Sanctum is also when the run takes 40-50 minutes to complete. For Sanctums to bring good profit the player needs to complete all 4 floors as fast as possible ( which requires a lot of dedication & a lot of practice! )
I've been wanting to try sanctum because I hear nothing but good stuff about the results, but all of these comments make it sound very stressful. Is there a way to ease into it where you can just be less profitable until you get the hang of it? It seems like it's: succeed gloriously or fail hard. Thanks.
@@JayM928 you will fail your first runs. its normal.. I also failed my first 3 ever sanctum runs! Important is to get used to the ROOMS, AFFLICTIONS, BOONS and final floor bosses

The nice thing about getting 100% is with the Urn boon (30% inc effect of relics) she can sometimes drop 3 relics , so u increase chance with 100% quant relics

Even before mageblood I was clearing sanctums just have enough damage to burst everything
