Is it just me, or does anyone else get chills when HDD Neptune (Rie Tanaka) whispers like that?

Good chills. I absolutely love Neptune.
Solo Mu Me too but seriously i absolutely LOVE Noire-chan....my godness if i see one girl like her in real life XD that would be awesome x).
I like Noire too, but Neptune is #1 for me. Noire is that one girl who's extremely fun to tease.
I have to say Noire is good waifu material, unlike the likes of Aqua from KonoSuba. She can cook, and everything she does allows you to see how devoted she is.
By the way, in terms of finding someone like that in real life, it's probably not happening, or if it happens, you wouldn't even know. Don't forget her cosplay is something that most citizens of Gamindustri don't know about her. All they know is an extremely hardworking goddess who is willing to risk anything for her people.
Solo Mu Well in Konosuba they where more of the "funny" character than waifu material (or at least for now, i don't know if latter on if this can change or not).
For Neptune i agree she's so funny and interresting at the same time (and god Purple Heart...holy mother of godness) but for me i fucking LOVE her seyuu for Noire and her character is funny and sweet as hell too.
But to be serious right now a lot of girls in the Hyperdimension Neptunia games are almost waifu material (like i wouldn't say no to Vert at all).

Actually it's the same, really. Noire doesn't have a personality shift when she enters HDD. Sure she sounds more mature and serious but the tsundere's still there. Not much of a difference.
In most games Noire and Vert lacks personality shift in HDD. They just get a change in mood.
Only the Ultradimension Noire(the one from Plutia's dimension in Victory/Re;Birth3) had a personality shift when going HDD.

What were the creators thinking. Noire is definitely lesbian that's been confirmed and then they add in a male protagonist with Noire. They're not supposed to be males in these games as a main character or even a side character it's a rule.

In all of the Tsundere i did see and hear so far in many game and anime, i think that Noire she's the best Tsundere of all.
