The irony is lost on Ten Hag...he has the audacity to pick apart and criticise Southgate's style of play....BUT low and behold, he does virtually the same thing for the entire season.
Ten Hag needs to close his mouth and let his coaching do the talking.
I personally don’t believe he’s the right man to take us back on top and I don’t see him lasting long term at United.

He said we had a messy and bad season, not worthy of the club. But they’re where circumstances that led to that. But at the end of the day it was not good.
Inos evaluated after the season, as each good football club should do.
Then he said, inos contacted me during my holiday and they told me that they want to work together.
Then they asked him about Tuchel and other managers. He said, he’s they have talked to other managers. I know that’s not allowed by Dutch law. ( they basically need to sack him, before talking to other people. But then he said, they do it differently in the Netherlands.
Then they asked him about he’s new contracts. He said we are committed to sign a new contract. But there are still some stuff we need to talk about.
And as for you saying he wants in united to do it the Dutch way. That’s not what he said; he asked about it. But yes I do agree, the Dutch people are blunt.

Got to go out and coach to play well on the pitch, if the players connot, will not follow instructions or don't even try what chance has any manager of success. INIOS have had years to succeed at Nice, look where they are. United are screwed.

It's getting more embarrassing by the minute. Jeff Stelling and Gabby Agnonlahor on TalkSport this morning reporting that that the other managers Ineos talked to were all offered better terms than what Eric Tin Pot has been offered. In fact there has been no talks with ETH about transfers or a better deal. It appears Ineos are going to put a lot of hurdles in his way to ease him out of the club. They saying once he starts his last year they can sack him without any compo.

Let's not be biased. Gareth Southgate football may not be top, but at least with him you know what you are getting; ie structured/composed defence. With EtH you don't even know what you are getting. So, when everyone shruggs away from the idea that SG to replace EtH, it is factual that SG is a better manager. I am so sick of EtH id swap him with SG just from a humain being perspective, communication perspective

I like his Bullish attitude honestly, Ineos (the board and the glazers) are non convincing me right now. Think the whole ''Ineos'' tag needs to die now. There all one and Ineos only own 20%. They have been completely unprofessional in many of their dealings, not just in Eric's case but the way the Ashworth saga has been allowed to carry on is concerning. He got messed around publicly by Ineos. I think only fair he gives some back in return to hold his own so that it does not get messed around again. Ineos wants a yes man but can’t find one. I have yet to see a team that wins regularly without being moulded in manager’s vision. In football a manager is the main act the rest is supporting act. A Good manager will not accept it in any other way.
Here we go again, less than a week after the Ten Hag saga came to a close Adam who is anti Ten Hag starts it all up again. This story has now started up again and gives Adam an opportunity a chance to get Ten Hag sacked. Adam has no idea what happens in Holland, he just follows what he hears from the British media. We know how much BS they give us. Adam's rant all started over what Ten Hag said about him been chosen as the head coach because he is the best. ETHs English is not the best at times, he could have meant that Ineos said, he is the best fit for the job after talking to Tusel. This is such a small thing to make an article out off. Lets wait and see how long Adam goes on with this story.

He stayed quiet through it all, then came out fighting saying this was the process, I'm aware of what happened, they made the right choice, I believe in myself and we are looking at signing a new deal.
