The guy playing the triangle kills it. Anyone who thinks DelGuidice doesn't sound like Billy needs to watch this video. Not only does his voice jump into character he even imitates Billy's phrasing and sudden changes in tone. Just brilliant.
Mike doesn't sound like Billy really though, he sounds like Mike singing a Billy Joel song. Of course if he has heard and sung along to Billy's recording of this song numerous times then the odd part will sound alike but I have listening to Billy for years and would know by ear that this wasn't him, if I was just hearing it and not watching Billy........Mike is still a great singer and musician though. I'm a Londoner but like Country music but often have to check myself that I'm not inadvertently putting on a fake southern American accent when I sing some of the songs, due to it being how I have heard them being sung over the years.

Mike is a friend of mine-we lived in the the same town for years and when he was absorbed into Billy Joel’s band and started making real money,he brought me his Shelby Mustang to work on-he never changed as a person and never was anything but humble and God fearing.Respect.
What Marc Martel is to Queen... just phenomenal. As a huge Joel fan I don't know how it took me this long to discover not only your talent, but the whole band. Bravo! 👏🏽
Mike is awesome so much talent what a voice and when he does the aria from the Puccini opera it's just fabulous..saw BJ with him 2 weeks ago in the rain..adored Mike and BJ
I would say it is because Billy plays piano and keyboards himself and he has already tended to have a keyboard player in his bands who can also take over from Billy on piano when need be. Billy's current keyboard player is David Rosenthal and he has been with Billy for around 30 years now. Apparently though, when the band do jam sessions as a soundcheck and warm up pre-concert, then Mike sits in for Billy on piano and vocals at times before Billy takes over.
Saw him on guitar with Joel at MSG...what a phenomenal talent. Dude has unbelievable pipes.
