I was having issues advancing to the next level during the application process. If you overlooked something without filling it or leave something unchecked, you can have issues with errors. So pay attention and double-check each line. If the next button is not bright blue, that means you have not completed something.

If you complete and submit the application you will receive another email with a link to create an account, then you will also be verifying your identity there. Mine took less than an hour from application submission to accounting creation email to the approval of a certain amount.
I can direct you to an official who aided me to get my SBA application to be accepted I haven’t gotten paid yet but it’s one step at a time .some people aren’t getting emailed back
