Width 100% will be useful on mobile devices.

but max-width:1280px is not useful for mobile. because when we write this type of code then always horizontal scroll-bar appear if device width-size Less-than 1280px. so for remove horizontal scroll, we will write overflow-x : hidden therefor nobody accepts this code.!!
