It is a very nicely done tour. I for myself would have kept the green area a little smaller and covered more land in the house itself. Would have added a home office, a dedicated playroom, a gym, a sunroom and a rooftop garden for starters. One master walk in closet as well.
I'd not only expand the covered area but also shift the structure inward for a bigger front lawn and open parking area. On top, I wish the land plot was wider from the left side, allowing for the construction of a broader gully that leads to a spacious car ramp for underground parking. I'd move the garage entrance door within that gully.

There’s always too much going on with the rooms and walls ?? Also the colours are always same in every home 🤦🏻♀️ but the structure of home is absolutely amazing and beautiful!! Hats off to the guys who built it they deserve their names mentioned and credit given to them
The houses that surround this are between the 8 to 15 Crore price range so this will 100% depreciate in value overtime, 75 Crore is too much , Falls behind the 55 Crore price range from my point of view. Of course we don't know how much the builder paid for the land and the house, there must be a reason why this house is so overpriced.
