I saw this when Ethan did it, and it just absolutely is the best house! I think they messed themselves up by asking so much for it. I had heard it was going to get demolished, but that is so bad! I would keep it and keep it as is! Thanks for another great explore!

Noticed all the baseboard heaters everywhere. Was that actually electric heated? I'm super curious to know how much that bill would be for a place that big. Great video and the speed was perfect I thought. You have to teach Ethan that, he's still whipping his camera back and forth super fast. I still enjoy his vids tho.
Is that room with the pink carpet and black mold the only place you saw real damage? Because it mostly looked move in ready. Can’t believe it’s abandoned :(

When I first saw this house. I was crying. I cant believe whoever bought this wants to tear this down. Why. It is is so unique. UBD Great Job eh.

Looks like maybe it was done by Eero Saarinen, although he died in 1961.

Hey What's up Dave, from The Netherlands. I am glad you filmed this wonderful mansion by daylight. I saw Carlo's vid a couple of weeks ago, but he filmed in the evening, so it was quite dark. By daylight this mansion is much more beautiful.

Very 80’s decore, from the shiny gold fixtures to the trompe l'oeil painting in the main hallway. Surprised how well it’s been kept up and vandals haven’t destroyed everything.

9:50 . . . Looks very 1980s with the brass fittings. But the brass waterfall spout does look great on the dark blue Jacuzzi tub. Kind of awkward narrow path to the shower between the toilet and bidet. Also, as I commented on Carlo's video, this is the first time I have seen a bidet with a cover/seat.

This is a way better mansion than the one with the staircase...I like ur videos because you keep the camera flowing and not jumpy like some videographers...But you seem to be obsessed with bathrooms and mirrors.Bathrooms arent gender oriented.What hangs on the wall is though.Girl cartoon characters and boys rubber water toys [figures].Stop waving at ur audience in every room and drop the ......GUYS......at least 200 times/video...............Videos are enjoyable tho.....

The Mansion life ain't for me, I just can't fathom going to my Big Box store and purchasing 8 sets of sofas, 6 sets of dining tables, 52 mattresses etc... It's a beautifully designed mansion, a bit dated in the bathrooms, some bedrooms, and kitchens, maybe some flooring, a bit of a Wabbits Warren in parts maybe moving forward this mansion should be historically registered it is in great quality to knockdown. it would go well dividing the top and the bottom into two living quarters. But i don't see the powers that be in Canada housing HQ seeing my useful comments on preserving such a house. The Wrecking ball will be at the front in due course cause no one cares for Character in houses anymore, like that sunroom you don't get that sort of quality anymore.
If he went bankrupt, wonder who's paying the electric bill? Must be warm in there. Noticed the snow and you aren't wearing a coat inside. Do you think it was ever upgraded?
A lovely designed house. Shame it's to be demolished.
Not sure how you could get lost in a place like this, it has a lovely flow of movement between rooms.
At least this place is now on record, so that maybe some other can be inspired to make a place similar to this one.

Right away I wanted to say, that I'm glad Ethan and Carlo shared this place with you. I remember it, but not any details. My memory still acts up on a regular basis. The Sunroom looked great to me. I was glad to see the Island with NO Sink! It had a Stove(I think) but still looked good. Seems to me, too, that the Bathrooms were fancy looking. Good looking Basement too. There's a lot I liked about this Mansion all-around. It was empty, but still clean looking. Good job. Thanks.

Southwest Oklahoma what is up. Places like that the utilies companies are going to say we got a sucker. There's only a certain amount of room people need. Places like that make into a resort or a rental to get people in to help keep it clean and help pay the bills on a place like that. Put on solar energy panels and wind generators and a bunch of other things

What a gorgeous house! I’m so sad they’re going to demolish it. I loved the old Disney toys from the early 2000s. A shame those were left behind as well.
I already said it in the stream but I'm watching from my home province, Canada Ontario. We arent even far from Torona lol, was there once visiting an EX male friend (and my experience back then was terrible but it wasnt the city's fault, it was the person i was with.
..Anyways, I can smell the fish in Kensington Market from there lol.
The ending was "what's up guys" had me rocking while viewing the house and that beard is everything, coming thru💪 in 2021👀
