2017 Biathlon World Championships - Sprint - Emil Hegle Svendsen

Svendsen collapsed after the finish and needed medical help before he could be led out of the stadium by a coach and the Norwegian team's medic. A truly terrifying experience that no doubt contributed a lot to his decision to retire a year later.
It was very touching to see that Bjørndalen took the time out of his after-race run to check on Svendsen - after all the rivalry and fights they had during the past decade he still cares that much about his old protegé, he is truly a rare breed, we shall never see his like again in professional sports.
