@terric.5022 fir each loan type the paperwork will be different. There isn't anything new to learn just make sure you notarize properly. The all cash closings I have done didn't have a Note or Mortgage/Deed

Is there a difference in paperwork, for all cash and quick close? I hadn't heard of these until I filled out Signing Order profile.
On Signing/Notary Resume, in the what we put in for payment. Some do, some don't. I don't want to short myself. Do I or not, opinion please!
