Nowadays it would be all cyber stuff. Cryptocurrency hacks, sim swaps, etc have become the number one style of day heist, used by individuals, activists, governments as warfare. And in much greater profit than any bank could ever give you, with no physical evidence left behind other than ip and triangulations… but however…. If there’s a way to hack\scam, there’s ALWAYS a way to find out who did it…
      Ig that the difference

What strikes me about this case that's different than many others, fictional or not is that the individuals often claim that they didn't intend for anyone to get killed. They were hoping to get in and out clean without any shots fired. Notably, this heist was planned around the action of killing that driver! I think that makes it exceptionally reprehensible

Punishment is for crime done by each person in team. Criminals work with knowledge of Law's against the crime they do in run of life. They (each criminal) have in mind "in case I am caught I will be jailed i.e., not death", so I complete my jail term to lead my life with the money I robbed & buried etc ........further it goes on and on. In this case criminals do not posses robbed money. Hence criminals after jail term are leading low quality life unless they managed to fool a beautiful rich lady to be associated for life.

One of the main reasons why criminals get caught committing their crimes is because they don't follow traffic laws. In this particular case the first witness notices the white van flying down the road with the red pick up nearly in tow behind it. Granted that I would NEVER break the law such as these criminals did. Yet had I been a driver in that situation there's NO WAY that I'd pass through an intersection as fast as these fools did.
This wasn't the witness who pounded the last nail in the convict's coffin but it is certainly the one that got the investigator's attention and showed them the proper avenues to pursue.

Hypnosis is at best bullshit and at worst an avenue for a miscarriage of justice. Countless witness statements under hypnosis have been proven false and many innocent people were hurt by false claims made under hypnosis. People have claimed to be witnesses to events that happened thousands of miles away from where they were at the time and false memories of abuse have been "recovered" from people simply by asking slightly leading questions.
It should take a lot more than one vague documentary about a guy possibly remembering something better when potentially under hypnosis to form an opinion on something. Mountains of evidence prove that hypnosis is not reliable.

Instead they wait for the at least few years before starting to spend the money. You can and immediately spent, but smart, in small amounts of money. But not, after several days, let by the new car, motorbike, off-road vehicles, get back the money for the debt in no time. And so on!
