Yea, I'm sure all the metal heads would eat up all of their Halloween special stuff once they get noticed. Would have been a great opener for Slayer back in the day, but I'm stuck in the 80's. They have that wholesome homegrown feel.
I absolutely love the videos that they made for Halloween. The theatrics are only in their Halloween videos. I like the other songs and some of the videos. But the Halloween special videos are fantastic!

Another brilliant performance by Broken Peach. Ms. Lewis is extremely talented with her theatrical movements. She stands out with her facial expressions, the dynamic movements of her arms, legs, the hair, eyes, she immerses herself in the character. Make no mistake the other three are great, but she takes the role to another level and a half. As an entire group there is no better band with the creative energy and fire of Broken Peach. They need tour dates in Europe, the US and the World. Costume changes will be the most difficult part of any performance because their skills as a group are extraordinary. I am not an audiophile, nor a sycophant. I am almost a retiree; I've seen Elvis, Ray Charles, John Denver, Elton John all live in concert, and this band takes performing to places no one has ever been before. I yield to the energy they bring to the room. Thank you Broken Peach!

This video is also outstanding for the music, dancing (gestures and frenetic movement), and the facial expressions. I also like the new costumes too, as they look VERY nice on the women and men. I love the fact that this wasn't edited into a million cuts and we see them perform in a single shot. They're movements are hypnotizing and that would have been lost.
Every time I see a new performance from Broken Peach, I fall under their spell. Musically, they have a brilliant way of reinterpreting classic tracks. Secondly, their costumes and make-up are always on point. Thirdly, their physical performances are always absolutely top notch. From a personal, creative point of view, I always have a weakness for the spooky ooky... and the fact that I am seriously getting into more Rockjabilly music these last few years.... what's not to love ? Weirdly enough, The Human League was a guilty pleasure while I was in high school (my school was in the now classic rock phase of life). Synth pop was always cool and this cover takes it to another level. I give major props to the person doing keyboards as they are impeccable. The costumes really rock as well.💫💫

The costumes, the makeup, the vocals, the instrumentals and the energy combine to make this one incredible performance! Just like when Kiss used to be in costume and makeup, I believe that is where Broken Peach are the best. So much fun and energy in this and as good as the original is...this one blows it away!

I hope you realize there is a trick to the frantic movements. They record the video and then speed up the playback. Set the speed at .75 to approximately see the speed the video was recorded at.

I’ve been trying to figure out why the second young lady from the right (yes, I’m old and that’s how I talk) is so compelling in her performance. I am coming to the conclusion that there are multiple factors. 1) Her physical commitment to the role seems absolute…so much energy expended on it. 2) She seems to consciously avoid natural human segues of expressive movement…our tendency to use a shared library of movements in concert with spoken (in this case sung) meaning. There are expressive movements but not what I expect from normal communication. 3) Her facial expressions are mostly completely out of sync with the emotional content of the meaning…it gives one a sense of otherness (possibly non-human) to the character portrayed. Anyway….we’ll done! I am suitably entertained. I can’t forget to say that everyone else there are very talented as well…they are splendid in their own right(s).
Very good points you raise. I was equally captured and enraptured by her. Other reasons I offer are her eye make up is so good, so expressive, and she is the one with the strong bluesy voice towards the end. Mainly, I think it is the energy, the movement, along with the eyes.

Sorry, but 99.99% this was professionally recorded in a studio and then that track was used to create the music video. No way in hell they could do a studio quality single take live on stage. The vocals could not never be so perfect, with all that dancing and movement away from the mic's, and the background vocals not even mic'd at all. Meanwhile, that does not take anything away from this video performance nor from the track itself. Best cover I've ever heard of this Human League hit, and as usual very well produced.
Not sure how we know this was a single take and even if it took them 30 tries still better than 95% of what is out there. Just give them props for being excellent, nothing more is needed.
Ahhh....that time of the year when Broken Peach rips into the heart of the past, shoots it full of endorphins, jams it back into its chest, and belts out another Frankensonic masterpiece. Bravo!

Broken Peach is the most unusual group I have ever seen . The first video I saw was ( this is Halloween ) . I was delighted to see how they moved and sounded . They sound great and the way they move is just , wow .
Another great performance! I knew it would be hard to surpass last Halloween's video and it didn't quite make it, but it's hard to beat perfection. Erika showed out again, her facial expressions and dance moves stand out in the crowd.

She's thew one who has her eyes open more than the others, and also the one who has the most frighteniong expressions on her face. The one she does at the end of this video sent a cold shiver down my spine. I've been on the recieving end of one of those looks from a girl. Things went down hill rather quickly after that. Just as well I didn't want that pint anyway lol.

That's just my taste in individuals. I listen to at least one song a day. And with plans to maybe restart or rebrand a magazine I love that focus on music, fashion and the unique I would love to interview the band.
I have watched this video at least twenty or so times, so far, and I just LOVE IT!!! The whole video is a masterpiece of movement, music and makeup. Broken Peach are FUN to watch, a visual pleasure and a delight to listen to. The costumes and makeup combined with the choreography and music are magic.
Such a great song and video, but, as always, Erika Lewis is my absolute favorite. Every single one of her movements is so expressive it just leaves me transfixed.
I discovered Broken Peach about a year ago, they are just what we need in these troubled times. I love the musical arrangements, costumes, mash-ups, and their strong rock sound. BRAVO BROKEN PEACH! Bravo! I was impressed by last year’s video. I thought it would be hard to top. You did it! This video is also outstanding for the music, dancing (gestures and frenetic movement), and the facial expressions. I also like the new costumes too, as they look VERY nice on the women and men. I love the fact that this wasn't edited into a million cuts and we see them perform in a single shot. They're movements are hypnotizing and that would have been lost.

Every time I see a new performance from Broken Peach, I fall under their spell. Musically, they have a brilliant way of reinterpreting classic tracks. Secondly, their costumes and make-up are always on point. Thirdly, their physical performances are always absolutely top notch. From a personal, creative point of view, I always have a weakness for the spooky ooky... and the fact that I am seriously getting into more Rockjabilly music these last few years.... what's not to love ? Weirdly enough, The Human League was a guilty pleasure while I was in high school (my school was in the now classic rock phase of life). Synth pop was always cool and this cover takes it to another level. I give major props to the person doing keyboards as they are impeccable. The costumes really rock as well.💫💫

The costumes, the makeup, the vocals, the instrumentals and the energy combine to make this one incredible performance! Just like when Kiss used to be in costume and makeup, I believe that is where Broken Peach are the best. So much fun and energy in this and as good as the original is...this one blows it away!

I hope you realize there is a trick to the frantic movements. They record the video and then speed up the playback. Set the speed at .75 to approximately see the speed the video was recorded at.

I’ve been trying to figure out why the second young lady from the right (yes, I’m old and that’s how I talk) is so compelling in her performance. I am coming to the conclusion that there are multiple factors. 1) Her physical commitment to the role seems absolute…so much energy expended on it. 2) She seems to consciously avoid natural human segues of expressive movement…our tendency to use a shared library of movements in concert with spoken (in this case sung) meaning. There are expressive movements but not what I expect from normal communication. 3) Her facial expressions are mostly completely out of sync with the emotional content of the meaning…it gives one a sense of otherness (possibly non-human) to the character portrayed. Anyway….we’ll done! I am suitably entertained. I can’t forget to say that everyone else there are very talented as well…they are splendid in their own right(s).

Other reasons I offer are her eye make up is so good, so expressive, and she is the one with the strong bluesy voice towards the end.
Mainly, I think it is the energy, the movement, along with the eyes.
The other ladies are made up to look the characters they portray. Our lady IS the character.

Yeah this is my favorite format for their videos.
Sorry, but 99.99% this was professionally recorded in a studio and then that track was used to create the music video. No way in hell they could do a studio quality single take live on stage. The vocals could not never be so perfect, with all that dancing and movement away from the mic's, and the background vocals not even mic'd at all. Meanwhile, that does not take anything away from this video performance nor from the track itself. Best cover I've ever heard of this Human League hit, and as usual very well produced.

Broken Peach is the most unusual group I have ever seen . The first video I saw was ( this is Halloween ) . I was delighted to see how they moved and sounded . They sound great and the way they move is just , wow .
Another great performance! I knew it would be hard to surpass last Halloween's video and it didn't quite make it, but it's hard to beat perfection. Erika showed out again, her facial expressions and dance moves stand out in the crowd.

She's thew one who has her eyes open more than the others, and also the one who has the most frighteniong expressions on her face. The one she does at the end of this video sent a cold shiver down my spine. I've been on the recieving end of one of those looks from a girl. Things went down hill rather quickly after that. Just as well I didn't want that pint anyway lol.

@@fullenglish3371 yea I thought about this too. The whole band is great. they are true performers. I also like the drummer both have the oddness about them that I like in people and talent. That's just my taste in individuals. I listen to at least one song a day. And with plans to maybe restart or rebrand a magazine I love that focus on music, fashion and the unique I would love to interview the band.
There is no formula of success, musical creativity, and raw energy beyond what Broken Peach has conjured forth. Pure excellence!

I have watched this video at least twenty or so times, so far, and I just LOVE IT!!! The whole video is a masterpiece of movement, music and makeup. Broken Peach are FUN to watch, a visual pleasure and a delight to listen to. The costumes and makeup combined with the choreography and music are magic.
Such a great song and video, but, as always, Erika Lewis is my absolute favorite. Every single one of her movements is so expressive it just leaves me transfixed.
