- The house reef at Mövenpick Resort El Quseir offers fascinating snorkelling and diving on one of the most magnificent house reefs in Egypt. The reef is located in El Quadim Bay and is very close to the Extra Divers dive centre and the Mövenpick resort. The house reef can be reached via the beach area or via a convenient ladder at the jetty and is the ideal diving and snorkelling area for water sports enthusiasts.
On this fantastic coral reef, encounters with butterfly fish, squids, barracudas, rays, pegasus sea moth fish and, with luck, dolphins and many other wonderful sea creatures are possible.
The perfectly equipped and managed Extra Divers dive centre offers shore diving, minibus diving from shore, speedboat trips and day trips from Port Ghalib.

Amazing house reef and dive center tour. This place is completely different from the Egypt I imagined, with crystal clear waters and lots of fish and corals.

Red flag - no snorkeling allowed. we were there for 5 days and could only snorkel once because it was always too windy and the waves were too strong.
