    100 snatch (115, 75)
    100 toe to bar
    100 cal row
    100 ohs (115, 75)
    100 sync burpee over bar
    100/100 double unders (same time)
    -
    10 min to build to heavy snatch
    -
    Max unbroken double unders (one mess up allowed)
    Aaron and I were short on time one day and were trying to figure out how we could pack the most fitness into hour as possible. We frankensteined a hefty three parter, shared it on the gram, and people seemed to love it!
    Thus, the weekly beast was a born.
    This is the third iteration and we hope you enjoy!
