It actually depends, but sometimes (based on my experience) the cooldown doesn't happen allowing u to blaze with runner even after jumping. However it might just be luck.

Only the tricks on the game and the steps sounds will improve your raw skills but all the others are just more suitable ways to play i recommend using them tho
