One of my favorite tables games
I think she may need to do a full tutorial on this game. There's a ton of people in the comments saying you should have gotten paid for a straight or two pair or whatever when it wasn't there. Do a tutorial with very simplified instructions for a complicated game.
I love this game. Thanks for playing. I played it yesterday at the Seminole Classic Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida just yesterday. By the way, I got quads with a 6-4 off suit. I was going to fold, but then decided to look at the first two cards (across). Dealer turned over two 4's nothing going down; so when she flipped the center card, another 4. Nice payout too. You should not fold, once you played it all the way, except for final. you missed out of getting paid all around on both hands you folded with the Queen & with the King. Good Luck next time.
We play this game when we. play couples poker at our house. Interesting playing in a casino. Thanks for showing this game as I have never seen it in a casino.

at 9:17 wouldn't the middle bet have paid 2x because of the 2 pair Qs and 10s?
No. Pair if 10s in the down hand. Pair of queens in the across hand.
No the 10 was down and the queen was across so its a push down and a win across.. the key to this game is separating the two hands in your mind as they are 2 independent 5 card stud hands in essence.
I know this game as Iron Cross. Pretty fun game when you play against others.
The dealer doesn't understand either. She took your 5 card bonus when you got that pair of jacks.

nah, wasn't a straight. It's a weird game but the lines didn't match up to make a straight. You can't use the dealer's 4 cards and your 2 cards on any line.
When I was in the army (British) we used to call it Southern cross Poker
good game problem in ac min 10 so need at least 50 for one hand

at 17:20, when she had the pocket 8's, shouldn't she have won the 5 card bonus w/ 1:1 payout since she had a pair of 6's or better.
I don’t see how this game confuses people. I guess if you’re drunk, everything is confusing

I don’t care what anyone says. This is arguably my favorite to play…. a lot of outs. And yes it is true. You are having to bet when you don’t want to, but the payoffs have always been good for me.
Never fold lady
In this game you really should never fold. Out of the 4 you folded you would have won 2 of them and they would have covered the losses on the other 2. It's only another $5 (if playing minimum) you would lose if it did not work out.

criss cross poker? what the heck is this sorcery? well, the casino would never put it on the floor if they didn't make money at it, I'll take a look but pass for now- no way in heck I can play this while drinking.
At 2:08, why did you not triple your bet? You already had a pair of Queens, which is a guaranteed win. I'm surprised the dealer didn't remind you to do so.
I think she did. If you look closely, you can see it looks a little bit thicker and you can also hear the click of multiple chips.

Why does she never 3x her "across" or "down" bets?? Only the "middle"? Seems like she's leaving money on the table
Seems to me you’d only 3x pocket pairs sixes or better. Any ace high hand loses.
You never fold in this game you don’t know the board
I play it in tampa 2x week at $25 a spot plus normally the table there is a $25 minimum per spot
If you’re going to fold, play a different game
You folded a queen with only $10 to go on the last spot and lost instead of winnning $50. You never fold on this game especially when you’re betting $10 to win $50. That is 500% on your investment. You had 3 outs which is 9 cards out of 9 out of 49 which is a 22% to win 500% if you only hit one out of 5 that is a smart bet. Stop folding!

You have no clue what you’re doing on this game. Stick to 3 card poker.
